Cafe Bar Assistant

Oxford based arts centre, Pegasus Theatre, is a major force in the field of youth arts and professional theatre. Pegasus has recently reopened to the public following a multimillion pound redevelopment and is looking to recruit a part time Café Bar Assistant (£12K to £13K pro rata) to join the catering team. This role is initially offered on a fixed term 1 year contract.

For this role Pegasus is looking to recruit a flexible person with the enthusiasm to contribute ideas to the Café Bar operation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a café or bar and experience of till work and cash handling procedures. You will need to be level-headed during busy periods and have confident customer service skills as the position will involve working alone in the café.
