Marketing and Communications Assistant

New Theatre Oxford is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Communications Assistant.

In this varied role you'll support the team to deliver creative and innovative marketing plans, collaborating with producers, promoters and agencies to attract audiences to their shows. You'll support a wide range of marketing and communications activity, from arranging traditional advertising opportunities, posters and print, to creating social media content or supporting marketing events in the local community. This is an ideal opportunity if you're looking for your first marketing role in a large organisation; as well as working locally, you'll be able to gain insight into the workings of the wider Ambassador Theatre Group marketing and communications functions, covering our entire international operation, and with 34 venues in the UK alone and offices in Woking and London, there's plenty of opportunity to progress your career with us.

The New Theatre is part of the Ambassador Theatre Group, an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.
