War, Madness and Sex: Cinnamon Press Readings at Oxfringe 2011

War, Madness and Sex: Cinnamon Press Readings at Oxfringe 2011

Whether it’s war and racism in Thinner than a Hair by Bosnian novelist Adnan Mahmutovic, the question ‘who is sane?’ in Catherine Chanter’s disquieting Rooms of the Mind, or infidelity in 1970s London in Bobbie Darbyshire’s Truth Games, these readings at the Jam Factory, 6.30-7.30pm, 15, 16 & 17 June, will get your brain racing.

Jan Fortune-Wood of Cinnamon Press says: ‘We look for daring, innovative writing, and we publish only the books that we love. Each of these three, very different, authors confronts difficult issues with fearless honesty and tells a gripping, tight story.’

Tickets available from wegottickets.com or at the door, subject to availability. £4.
