Oxford Fringe Festival Volunteer Ushers Needed for Immediate Start!

Arts at the Old Fire Station is looking for short term volunteers ushers for theatre events at Oxford Fringe Festival, including comedy, improv, music and drama. Ushers will welcome audiences into the building, take tickets, and watch shows for free!

Oxford based arts centre, Pegasus Theatre, is a major force in the field of youth arts, professional theatre and dance. It enjoys a national reputation for its innovative and diverse work. It is funded as a National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) by Arts Council England and annually by Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council. Pegasus also generates income through box office, charitable and trading activities. Pegasus is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Box Office Assistant (£7.45 per hour including evenings and weekends).

Calling all performers and artists of any description! We are getting fantastic support from local venues and spaces up and down the Cowley road this year, and as well as music of all genres we will be including dance, family areas, theatre, well being and art. Theatre lighting volunteer required for 1 day, Oxford for one day - Saturday, 1 June for project exploring dance, voice and music.

At WOAPA, we have experienced, enthusiastic tutors whose skills in working with young people enable our students to develop at their own pace, and reach their true potential.

Some tutors teach at every session, some join us for special workshops or events and some are able to jump in at the last minute to cover for illness etc.

If you can teach Singing, Dance or Drama (or all three!) and would like to be considered for any of these posts, we would be delighted to receive your CV.

Volunteer Youth Theatre Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Youth Theatre Assistant to volunteer at Cornerstone in Didcot.

The Youth Theatre Assistant will attend the regular weekly Youth Theatre class at Cornerstone and assist the tutor with all activities. They will also have a role to assist at the summer showcase, including stage management.

DATES: Tuesdays.
