At WOAPA, we have experienced, enthusiastic tutors whose skills in working with young people enable our students to develop at their own pace, and reach their true potential.

Some tutors teach at every session, some join us for special workshops or events and some are able to jump in at the last minute to cover for illness etc.

We are looking for more tutors to join our existing team - in particular those who may have skills & experience of working with children with special needs. WOAPA - West Oxfordshire Academy of Performing Arts is an established Saturday Theatre School for children aged 4 - 16 yrs in Witney near Oxford. Summer Flamenco dance course

This summer the award winning company, Camino del Flamenco, are running a short course in Flamenco dance at the Mill Arts Centre in Banbury. The course runs for 4 weeks with a once weekly class on Monday 8 July, Monday 15 July, Monday 22 July and Monday 29 July. There will be 2 levels and both are suitable for men and women over 16 years (please note that Flamenco dance does not require a partner).
Level 1 is for beginners who would like to try out Flamenco for the first time or students with limited prior experience of Flamenco dance.

Performance Arts classes with Abdabs Youth Theatre at Carterton Community Centre starting on Monday April 15th for ages 12yrs - 18yrs. Each group will learn skills in Drama, Dance & Song and work towards a production of their own. There is also the opportunity for the project to lead to a LAMDA exam at the end of it before moving on to another project.

Classes for 7yrs - 11yrs will be held on Monday's.
