Sarah holds a Diploma in Arts Administration. She is a highly efficient, computer (Microsoft) literate, reliable administrator who works in a collaborative and open way. She is a dynamic net-worker and self starter who communicates directly in a relaxed, friendly and professional manner allowing access to all levels of stakeholders.

I am a mixed media artist living & working in West Oxfordshire.

After completing an honours degree in Fine Arts with Bath University in 2009 I have had several successful local exhibitions mostly showing my mixed media paintings and prints.

Director, Helen Shiner, combines expertise gained in posts held in arts and architectural administration, many years of experience as an art and design historian/lecturer with professional training as a personal performance and corporate/executive coach.

Charlotte Designs is the company of Sarah Hodgkins, an Interior Designer and Mural Artist with over 20 years of experience. Murals are a wonderful and exciting way of decorating spaces. They have to ability to inspire, educate, inform and amaze the audience and are surprising cost effective to do. Sarah's interior design background means that her murals feel at one with the space they occupy, giving them a unique quality. Sarah also is CRB cleared to work with children and is very keen on child led design projects helping children to feel empowered and comfortable with their surroundings.

In a grade 2 listed 18th century mansion and gardens, South Hill Park has been a centre for innovation in the arts since 1973 and is proud of its tradition of nurturing talents. Today, South Hill Park offers 3,000 artistic, musical and theatrical events a year. South Hill Park also offers artistic residencies in silversmithing, printmaking, ceramics and live art, and the residents contribute to the running of over 2000 courses alongside 250 varied workshops, focusing from crafts to digital media. All this attracts an average of 250,000 visitors a year.
